Dr. Siddiqui is also a member, Research Advisory Council, College of Business Management Karachi, member, International Advisory Board, Pakistan Business Review, member, International Advisory Board, Market Forces,A Journal of Management,Informatics, and Technology, PAF-KIET Karachi, member, SZABIST Economics Advisory Committee, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, Karachi and member, Editorial Board, Journal of The Institute of Bankers, Pakistan. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui, for over three decades, has held senior management positions in banks in Pakistan, Europe, Africa and Middle East. He has presented dozens of papers covering various issues of banking, finance and economy including Islamic Banking & Finance in conferences and seminars in Pakistan and abroad in addition to contributing over three hundred articles on these subjects in International and Pakistani Journals and news papers including professional Journals.Dr. Shahid Siddiqui’s book, “Islamic Banking”, is regarded as a pioneering contribution in the field.
