Details of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry

Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry (born 12 December 1948), was the 20th Chief Justice of Pakistan and the current de jure Chief Justice of Pakistan since November 03, 2007. He was appointed as Chief Justice by Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf on May 7, 2005. He was suspended by President General Musharraf on March 9, 2007, on corruption charges but was reinstated on technical grounds by order of the Supreme Court on July 20, 2007.

After having been successfully elected as President for second term, Musharraf pre-empted an impending court decision against his re-election and suspended the constitution and declared a state of emergency.Justice Iftikhar reacted promptly, convening a seven-member bench which issued an already prepared interim order against this action.

Subsequently, 111th brigade of the Pakistan army entered the supreme court building and removed Chaudhry and several other judges from the Supreme court.

My name is Syed Danish Ali Shah & i belong to a SYED family and in M/o Finance since from 01 Nov 2011 as a Naib Qasid on Contingent Basis. Sir, my education level is B.Sc and only joined the duty because of my father's wish & because to save my only shelter which provided by Government because Sir,we dont have any residential plot or any property except this quarter. My Father served 39 years in Ministry of Finance,he retired from Government job now from 10th January 2012. Sir, I have hardly 1 month left from the time period of 06 month provided by Government to ours. I earnestly beseeched you to save us please and give us a time period for 01 year or my job is being regurlized so the quarter is being alotted to me. I am in very much trouble. Please help me. Dear Sir, I have one request regarding my elder brother who was servant of ranger police , He dismissed by little cruption. he can not apeal during 3 month. his service 23 year but no benifit . As you there are many and huge corruption and thery are free , he is poor there for dissmis we need any option for it. we already apeal in interior ministry but answer. Please help us.

I hope all kind hearted people will raise voice against CJ corruption.Land mafia is working under the shelter of judiciary and CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.Bahria Town suo motu action by chief justice is lingered by SC due to corruption by judges and as son of CJ has been alloted plots in Bahria Town.It is very painful to mention that Iftikhar Chaudhry has laid down the foundation of Kangroo Court and is the main supporter of land mafia due to his personal interests. No action taken on Inquiry report and CJ is behaving like a kangroo judge who thinks that he can make people fool but its not the age of blind justice.
