Met office predicts hot, dry weather for Sindh and Punjab

KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Monday predicted hot and dry weather in Sindh and Punjab for the next 24 hours, Samaa reported.

“Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot weather is expected in Sukkar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Hyderabad, Naseerabad, Makran, Sibbi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Lahore, Sargodha, D.G Khan and D.I Khan divisions,” read the daily weather report.

For the next 48 hours, light rain-thunderstorm is expected at a few places in Malakand division, upper FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan. Very hot weather is expected in Sukkar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Hyderabad, Naseerabad, Makran, Sibbi, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Faisalabad, D.G Khan and D.I Khan divisions.
