QUETTA: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) on Wednesday agreed to counter horse trading in senate election in Balochistan, ARY News reported.

Federal Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique said that there should be a representative from every political party including BNP in Senate elections.

Addressing a press conference along with Chief of BNP-Mengal Sardar Akhtar Mengal in Quetta, Khawaj Saad Rafique said federal government is making serious efforts for the development of Balochistan.

“PML-N wants to see development and education in Balochistan”, he added.

Saad Rafique said Pakistan is incomplete without Balochistan.

Sardar Akhtar Mengal said they believe in politics of reconciliation and will remain in contact with all political parties.

He complained that sense of deprivation had engulfed Balochistan as the federal government had ignored its people in the past.

Akhtar Mengal said natives of Balochistan should be treated as first class citizens.
