PTI should go to election tribunals to challenge rigging: Saad Rafique

LAHORE: PML-N leader and Minister of Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has stated that Imran Khan and his party should go to the election tribunals for redressing his complaints of rigging in general elections last year.

While addressing a press conference in Lahore on Sunday, the Minister reiterated the PTI should not waste time on roads. While terming Khan’s politics ‘immature’ Saad Rafiqe said Imran Khan is part of the same system, which he is opposing.

The Minister while refuting the accusations that demonstrator have been stopped said that Tahir-ul-Qadri and Imran Khan are leveling baseless allegations that their supporters are being stopped from participating in rallies or public gatherings.

Rafique added that the PML-N government is working sincerely to pull the country out of crises and has done a lot over the past 11 months. He stated that the drone attacks have ended and peace talks are underway moreover the rupee gained value against dollar, new power projects have started and investors are now coming to Pakistan. He further added that Chinese investment worth 32 billion dollars will bring progress and prosperity in Pakistan.
