Ameer Haider Khan Hoti (born 5 February 1971) is a member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province and current Chief Minister of the province. He belongs to Awami National Party and is the son of former federal minister Azam Khan Hoti, who served in the Nawaz Sharif government.
He passed his Secondary and Higher Secondary School examinations from Aitchison College (Lahore) and graduated from Edwards College (Peshawar) in 1992. He started his political career as an organizer in the ANP in Mardan city and later became senior vice-president of the party in the District. He was elected for the first time to the provincial assembly of North-West Frontier Province from PF-23 Mardan 1 constituency by getting 11009 votes and was elected as chief minister shortly afterwards.
