Saleem Altaf Bokhari (born April 19, 1944, Lahore, Punjab) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played in 21 Tests and 6 ODIs from 1967 to 1978. After retirement, Altaf worked as Director, Cricket Operations for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) from 2004-2006 and later as Director, Special Projects from 2006-2008.

He was terminated from his position on June 12, 2008 after he allegedly leaked to the media an email sent by PCB Chairman Naseem Ashraf to Talat Ali (Pakistan team manager) in which Ashraf demanded an explanation for Pakistan's 140-run loss to India in Bangladesh.[1]. It was alleged that Altaf's phone was tapped in order to incriminate him of leaking sensitive correspondences to the press.
