I woud like to offer my views on Dr. Safdar's article published in daily jang today. He in directly blame Shaheed Benazir Bhutto why she did not apply article 6 of the constitution when she was prime minister. I am surprised by this argumentation and woudl tell Dr. Safdar that is article 6 applicable on those judges who gave power to Musharraf to amend the constitution and also allowed him to contest the presidential election in Uniform ? I know Dr. Safdar will not comment on this because he has different agenda and surely he writes what he is told to write. I woudl say that this is the right time to apply article 6 and give capital punishment to all who broke article 6 and also helped Musharraf to rule the nation for more than 9 years. but there is one condition that those judges who helped Musharraf and are still in judiciarry, must resign immediately if they realise that they did mistake by helping Musharraf. What are your Dr. Safdar comments on this point ? if he is brave enough, he must raise this point in his next article.

jenab dr sahi, i am worried about the current situation on three aspects. 1.what ever is going to happen on swat and Islamic systematic. there is going to come a big clash on the name of Islam.all three big sectors has immediately started raising their objections and declaring kafir to each other. still the details of swat law are not clear to talban themselves but altaf bhai has raised much dust and objection . 2.even among ulma there sems no unity of thought on Islamic law.every one has his own interpretation and meaning ,this difference has been further promoted after swat issue. 3.i wan t to write many things but due to space limitation have constraints. i fear that this is another conspiracy to declare that Islam is unapplicable and unadoptable and undeceive and unclear phenomenon.talban has no solid system in their mind as appears they are fighter basically how they are coming with such slogans which need much debate... any way i will be in touch with you ,please also write on this wage issue ....than j s engineer sabri saudia.
