Asslaam-o-Alikum , Dear Syed Talat Hussain , Hamara Kia Kasoor Hi. I always listening your debate on TV, Now I request you to kindly help us because during the tenure of MUSHARF, a very highly tragedy was taken us. I have appealed to President, Chief Justice, Chief of Army Staff, Mr. Kamran Khan, Mr Mian M. Nawaz Sharif, DG ISI, GHQ, Corps Comdt Multan but all remain fruitless. You also see this message on this web site. But no look a simple and easy appeal of an innocent family. It is stated that I, Mst Sohni Bibi, Wife of Army No. 2393218 Naik/Clerk Shamas Ud Din, who have been serving in Pak Army for 14 Years. On 20th October 2005 being innocent he had been dismissed by Commandant on administrator orders due to no any fault was observed alongwith 6x Junior Soldiers for only providing safety to Army Officers, who were involved in Huge Corruption due to illegal selling of troops rations in Punjab Centre Mardan. I have perusing my husband case since last six years. My husband was lodged a Writ Petition in Honble Lahore High Court Raw Bench but the same had dismissed due to writ petition attracts the bar of jurisdiction under clause 3 of Article 199 of the constitution of Pakistan. GHQ has informed to court that a proper Court of Inquiry was held and the petitioner has no case vide GHQ, JAG Dept Raw Letter No. 12899/357-H/J-V/JAG dated 16 February 2010. As per military law, Chief of Army Staff/Adjutant General/Formation Commanders are the Competent Authorities to uphold or set aside the administrative action. WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THAT WHY PUNISHED OUR FAMILY IN WHICH OFFENCE WHERE WE CANNOT DO THE SAME EARLIER. Our old parents and younger kids are dependents upon my husband and after “ALLAH” our living hoods dependents upon his job. All higher authorities did not uphold or set-aside this case due to Army Officers are involved. Thanks and regards. Mst. SOHNI BIBI, Wife of 2393218 Nk/Clk Shamas ud Din, House No. 766 Al-Quresh Housing Scheme Phase-II, Sher Shah Road, MultanE-mail:sohnishams@hotmail.com

Dear Talat Hussain Sahib Aslamualakum For the last one week I have been requsting for your help regarding one of the flood disaster family reported by AAJ news on 4th September. The family was in 'MAKLI' camp, . All the 4 children of the family were said to be very passionate about education. The elder daughter whose name is 'MEHNAZ' had brought with her one book so that in the camp she could have some thing to read. Her brother 'SALEH' was also very much interested in education. Their father was reported to be chowkidar in one of the companies. I was very much touched with the children's passion for education and want to sponsor their educational expenses for life. Can you please help me to locate their contact which will be a big favour to me as well as to the said family. Many thanks. Abdur Rehman

جناب طلعت ھسین : Unfortunately our beloved country is passing through a worst ever crisis. A greater part of this is due to extra ordinary flood and a considerable of this kiosk has been created due to absence of trust worthy leadership, visionary people and greedy politicians. We must also not forget that we have retained back this, currently ill, political system back after eras of martial laws and dictatorship. Surprisingly, few of our leaders, who remained unable, benefitting from flood crisis, have started giving indications to derail this system. It is quite apparent, that they have got signals from those whom they are criticizing on one hand and welcoming on other. There is no doubt that Pakistan Army have proved to be the best, most efficient and effective during flood relief process, but this proactive service of theirs does provide enough justification over burdening them. These floods (although very unfortunate) have opened eyes of common men to see the true faces of their elected members. The fact is that, various “patients” are about to die because of chronic diseases, whereas they prefer accidental death so that all their diseases can be camouflaged under cover of this “Accident”. This will extend their political lives and they may have a chance to back after having a “Bath”. Leadership is identified / exposed during crisis situation the results are quite obvious and self explanatory after looking toward post flood kiosk in our country. Now since many of leaders totally failed to deliver, many others remained least bothered whereas large number are looking towards escape way. I can accept, although a tough reality, that, poor common men will continue getting effected because of politician’s failures. If we continue relying on SUCH shortcuts to provide him relief, than his coming generations as well, will never get a permanent cure. Common men’s his current suffering, although unjustified, will bring long term relief for our coming generations if not for us.
