Rangers check post attacked in Karachi, again

KARACHI: A Rangers check post was attacked with a cracker bomb in Korangi area of Karachi Monday, increasing the total number of such attacks to four this month.
The incident took place at Korangi No. 2-1/2; however, no casualties were reported.
On Friday last week, unidentified bike-riding outlaws hurled a grenade at the check post of paramilitary troops at main Korangi Crossing, leaving two personnel injured.
Similar attacks also took place in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Essa Nagri areas of the city on March 13, 2016.
