ISLAMABAD: A five-judge larger bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan said the court held in Gilani case that it can send him home.

The PTI’s counsel Naeem Bukhari chimed in, “This is beside the point that 65 million dollars could not be brought back home.”

Appearing before the bench Attorney General of Pakistan Ashtar Ausaf pleaded that the matter of Panama Leaks should not be co-related with Hudaibia paper mills case as the two are of different nature.

It should be mentioned here that the AGP will complete his arguments today as advised by the five-member bench.

Addressing the AGP, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed said, “Stand by whatever story you have come up with. As AGP, you should assist the court without being a party to any side.” –SAMAA
