Dear Transport Minister, I am bit surprised to see the structure of Sindh Transport Department! There is not a single person who is qualified Transport Planner or engineer who can give u better suggestions to improve the sindh transport department. See there is urban unit in Punjab Government and they have appointed qualified people who have overseas experience and qualification to meet the challenges of change. Please Jadoon Shaib it is high time to think over it and act quickly. God has bestowed you a lot of responsibilities if you feel those responsibilities. I am dedicated person to serve for my homeland but not been offered any position. That is why I am working here in Uk. Please make our homeland prosperous and for this I am willing to come back to serve my homeland. kind Regards Ashraf
