At present, we all are upset due to devolution of the Ministry, which basically is a good step towards good governance but we are upset for our families if our jobs were not regularized. It is humbly, requested that we may kindly be regularized as we have more than four years of experience in the relevant fields. As we know that the government of Pakistan Peoples Party has never made jobless to anyone instead provides a large capacity for jobs. All poor depositers including great No. of non-Community depositers r passing worst time since about 4 years. I am only one person in HMC Taxila who comes in the category of people, reinstated by the President's Reinstatement Ordnance 2009. I was appointed as Senior Office Assistant on 30-09-95 and expelled from service on 13-06-98. My Service Contract was extended nine time. I submitted more than 15 applications to different officials but I am not reinstated uptill now. I submitted first application on 17-02-2009 to MD HMC after two days of pulishing Reinstatement Ordnance 2009. I submitted many applications to Complaint Cell in Ministry of Labour & Manpower who after scrutiny of my documents & taking action on my request (Dt:08-04-09) issued three Most Urgent letters bearing No. I-I/2009/CC,dt:02-05-09,18-07-09 & 20-07-2009 to Secretary Ministry of Production to reinstate him but Ministry & MD HMC Taxila has not taken action in his reinstatement under President’s Reinstatement Ordnance 2009. You are therefore, requested that I may please be reinstated under reinstatement ordinance 2009 as I fulfill all the requirements.
